My Top 8 Grammy Award Performances Of The Last Ten Years


The 57th Annual Grammy Awards air tonight! From the last ten years, I’ve listed my favorite performances below! I mean, seriously, did you see Christina Aguilera’s James Brown tribute? I still get chills just hearing the audio!

And here’s a sidenote: I’ll be watching tonight because I don’t want to miss any potential pop culture moments, but the Grammys have got to get it together. They mess up royally in general. Diana Ross got 0 awards. The Rolling Stones got two. Give us a break!

But remember to watch the show tonight at 8PM on CBS if you can stomach their obvious decisions! I already mentally prepared!

2007:

Christina Aguilera remaking James Brown’s “It’s A Man, Man, Man’s World” at the 2007 Grammy Awards, was a part of the Brown tribute who passed away on December 25, 2006.

2005:

Joss Stone and Melissa Etheridge joined forces on stage to tribute Janis Joplin at the 2005 Grammy Awards. It was electric!

2014:

Imagine Dragons invited Kendrick Lamar for a mash-up remix of their songs “Radioactive” and “m.a.A.d. city” and the result was explosive! One of the most exhilarating performances of the show’s history. This was for the 2014 Grammy Awards.

2010:

Still riding high from her 2009 MTV Video Music Awards performance, Pink did it again in performing both acrobatics and live vocals for her song “Glitter in the Air”, at the 2010 Grammy Awards
